Warranty
Paddles purchased directly from Cisimove are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, if the paddles have quality problem, will be replaced and repaired at no charge.
In no event shall Cisimove be liable for any special or consequential damages resulting from a breach of the limited warranty or breach of contract.
We will contact you once your paddle arrives at Cisimove with our repair determination. Once we contact you, please give us your decision within 14 days.Any paddle deemed a warranty will be repaired or replaced before we contact you and ship your paddle back.
